Anchor Banner is a companion banner that is served alongside a Mobile Midscroll in the Mobile Midscroll Anchor format. It is anchored to the bottom of the window, and is visible before and after the Midscroll scrolls into view. While the Midscroll is visible, the anchor banner is hidden. A “close” button is automatically added to the top right corner.

Asset types
Non-responsive: Image (jpg, png) or Video (mp4).
Responsive: HTML5 (either Adnami hosted by sharing a zip-file or served via 3rd party tags). HTML must be minified and optimized for polite load.
Safezones
On non-responsive banners, keep all essential banner content (text, logos, CTA’s etc), within a centralized 860px wide safezone. Any elements outside of this area may be cut off on smaller devices.
Format description and guidance
Create using the "Mobile Midscroll Anchor" format type within the suite. For the midscroll element, assets should be created using our standard Mobile Midscroll (image/video/HTML) specs.
It is possible to create two different anchor banners to be shown before (pre) and after (post) the Midscroll, or else the same anchor banner asset can be used for both positions. The anchor banner can either be created as a non-responsive image/video, or built as responsive HTML5. For HTML5 creative, all assets (images, videos, scripts etc) used by your banner must be included within the creative Zip-file. Linking to assets hosted on external severs is not permitted, and may result in your ad being blocked by some vendors. The only exception to this rule is for webfonts hosted by fonts libraries for licensing purposes, such as Adobe Typekit, Google Fonts, MyFonts etc.
Max total file weight
The total file weight of all assets (Pre-anchor banner + Midscroll Banner + Post-anchor banner) must not exceed 3.5 MB.
For best performance, all assets should be compressed and optimized to the lowest possible file weight.
Animation
Maximum of 5 loops.
Maximum animation time 30 seconds (may vary by publisher).
