Privacy Policy
Website & Platform Users
(For Customers, Leads, and Website Visitors)
1. Introduction
This policy describes how Adnami ApS ("we," "us," or "Adnami") collects and processes Personal Data when you visit our website (www.adnami.io) or use our platform (suite.adnami.io, app.adnami.io, etc.).
In this context, Adnami ApS is the Data Controller. This means we decide why and how your data is collected, primarily to manage our business relationship with you, improve our platform, and market our services.
2. What Data We Collect & How We Collect It
We collect data in three ways: directly from you, automatically via tracking technologies, and from third-party sources.
A. Data You Provide Directly
- Account Data: When you register for the Adnami Platform, we collect your Name, Work Email, Company Name, and Billing details.
- Communication Data: When you fill out a "Contact Us" form, download a whitepaper, or email our support team.
B. Data Collected Automatically (Tracking & Cookies)
When you navigate our site or use our platform, we use cookies and tracking pixels (primarily HubSpot and Google Analytics) to analyze behavior.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on page, click interactions, and referral sources.
- Device Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system.
- Email Tracking: Our marketing emails (via HubSpot) may contain a "beacon" that tells us if you opened the email or clicked a link.
C. Data from Third Parties (Enrichment)
As a B2B company, we may enrich your profile to better understand your business needs.
- Public Sources: We may verify your job title or company size using public professional profiles (e.g., LinkedIn).
- SSO Providers: If you log in via Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email address from them to authenticate you.

4. Marketing Automation & Cookies (HubSpot)
We use HubSpot as our primary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation tool.
- What this means: If you fill out a form on our site, HubSpot associates your browsing history (via cookies) with your email address. This allows us to see, for example, that a user who signed up today previously read three blog posts about "Programmatic Buying."
- Why we do it: This helps us send you relevant information rather than generic spam.
- Your Control: You can manage these cookies via our Cookie Banner. If you decline "Marketing/Analytics" cookies, your browsing history will not be linked to your profile in the same way.
Cookie Categories
- Essential: Necessary for the site to function (e.g., keeping you logged in). Cannot be disabled.
- Functional: Remembers choices like language or region.
- Analytics & Marketing: (Google Analytics, HubSpot) Tracks visitors to provide usage statistics and personalized marketing. Requires your Consent.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that help us run our business:
- CRM & Marketing: HubSpot (USA/EU).
- Hosting & Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure (EU), Cloudflare (Global CDN).
- Analytics: Google Analytics (USA/EU).
- Finance: Billing and invoicing processors.
International Transfers:
Some of our tools (like HubSpot or Google) are US-based. We protect these transfers using the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where certified) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data remains protected under GDPR standards.
6. Data Retention
- Customer Accounts: Kept for the duration of your contract + 5 years (for tax/accounting laws).
- Marketing Leads: We retain your data until you unsubscribe or become inactive for 24 months, after which we delete or anonymize it.
- Analytics Data: User-level data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months before being automatically deleted.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (e.g., your HubSpot profile).
