Adnami is a Danish-born fast paced scale-up within the advertising technology industry. We launched in 2017 and today we are a trusted go-to solution for both media companies, media agencies and blue chip advertisers like BMW, IKEA and Heineken, when they buy digital High Impact Advertising. 


Following rapid growth and a recent successful funding round, we are now looking for a commercial director to set up our team in London. 


As a (title) you will be our first employee in the UK, and you will be responsible for launching Adnami in the market and setting a London based team. Working with agencies and client direct, you will raise the profile and the understanding of the Adnami platform and promote our technology, to grow usage and eventually always-on adoption. At the same time, working with publishers, broadcasters and sales networks, you will increase Adnami-certified publishers and inventory and support publishers in bringing Adnami formats to market.


  • Promote Adnami with the UK-based buy-side ecosystem, primarily the programmatic teams within agencies and direct clients.

  • Create new strategic relationships with agency holding companies, building on the success we’ve had in the Nordics.

  • Initiate, manage and cultivate UK publisher customer relationships and drive publisher certifications to grow addressable inventory.

  • Support publisher sales team adoption and promotion of Adnami formats to drive sales.

  • Support and grow our UK operations.


​Highly organised and an excellent communicator. You will have a proven track record in leadership roles within high-growth B2B digital businesses, with cross-functional team responsibility.

  • Minimum five years of success in agency sales, publisher sales and/or strategic account management in the UK advertising and media industry

  • Succesful experience growing and leading dynamic sales and/or account teams

  • Industry leadership.

  • Very strong relationships across the leading UK media agencies

  • You lead by example and understand how to motivate and develop a happy and successful team.
