We are now looking for an experienced Head of Marketing & Automation to join our fast-growing team.


You will lead the charge in finding growth opportunities for our business from a marketing and automation perspective. With automation and building for scale at the core of what you do, you will make and be measured on your significant contribution to our revenue targets. The role is both strategic and hands-on and you will play a critical part in our overall business success.


  • Develop and implement automated growth strategies that will help our business scale and then track and measure results. Learn, improve, repeat.

  • Work closely with operations, commercial and product teams to scope and deliver marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, platform adoption, customer loyalty and enhance the customer experience.

  • Support our commercial team with automated tools for inbound lead generation, product demo conversations and tools to activate our publisher partners salesforce. 

  • Drive our content marketing strategy; what we are saying, to who, and how we are saying it with a focus on lead and demand generation.

  • Build automated email communications that support the sales process, enhance customer experience and drive business opportunities.

  • Ownership and development of Adnami’s owned media platforms, web and social. 

  • Own responsibility for our PR activities and industry events. 

  • Ensure we have the right marketing processes and - tooling to enable our business to scale.


  • 5+ years experience in a software subscription or membership business and/or a high growth startup environment. You have a business mindset and always ensure communication activities are driven by business objectives. 

  • A strong understanding of technology and best practices, up to speed with industry insights and advances.

  • Experience in executing media campaigns on social platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with software and tools needed to deliver sales automation.

  • Significant experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive is a plus) and smart tech tools that can add value to the sales function and wider business.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data collection and reporting.

  • Meticulous attention to detail along with an ability to work with high urgency.

  • Highly organised and an excellent communicator.
