HEAD OF CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS

As a Head of Campaign Operations in Adnami, you will be overseeing campaign operations across the offices and markets we are present in (currently Nordics and the UK). Your job will be to define and document processes and to secure a high quality of service and delivery. It is in our DNA to help to the best of our ability, and we often go above and beyond to make sure we never let a client down.
Our creatives are used across all ad tech platforms and often in combination with third party technology scripts, pixels and tags. Therefore, it is a must that you an expert within the various programmatic platforms, and that you have a deep understanding and “hands-on” experience with connected third-party technologies.
You will be a central member of a smart, fun, dedicated and ambitious young team, who is processing dozens of campaigns every day. You report directly to the CEO.
What you will be doing:
General ad operations and handling of client requests and questions around campaign setup and management
Documentation of best practices, writing FAQs, guides etc.
Supporting Adnami’s teams in Stockholm and London
Supporting clients and partners in setting up and troubleshooting programmatic deals in platforms such as DV360, Adform, Appnexus/Xandr and TheTradeDesk.
Optimizing internal and external campaign processes
Training of clients in the usage of our platform
You are a team player, and you are curious and passionate about technology. You have a positive solution-oriented mindset, which shines through in your communication both internally and externally. You crunch bidding protocols, viewability tags, PMP’s and UTM tags for breakfast, and you are able to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical partners and colleagues. You speak and write English fluently, and it is a benefit if you also speak a Nordic language.
Minimum of 5 years of experience from the digital media industry
Documented experience with platforms such as Google DV360, Google Ad Manager and Adform or similar.
High service level and experience with providing a very high service level in person as well as over mail and phone
You fully understand the digital advertising ecosystem.
